[showhide type=”post” more_text=”Show english translation…” less_text=”Show less…”]These five days flew by. But I guess that’s what it’s like when you’re on vacation. Odd and I got into the holiday spirit immediately. We’ve slept in, had good food (I mean the para negra…), had a whole lot of sangria and fallen in love all over again as you tend to when you’re away. Sure, it’s a little bit different traveling with a baby but not a lot. We spend more time in the shade, stay in during lunch and then swim after 4 pm. But Gillis falls asleep at 7 so we’ve had ”grown-up evenings” each night. We talked about serious stuff, played charades and laughed until we cried. It’s worked really well to hang out as two families under one roof. Partly because Ealine, Gustav and Matheo are a fun and easy family to spend time with, but then we’ve also and a chance to do our own thing during the day.

I think that’s important.

Now it’s time to fly home!
